Ms. Judd advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters. She has experience defending employers in federal and state litigation of claims involving: discrimination, sexual harassment, Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage and hour issues. Additionally, Ms. Judd counsels employers with respect to employment and compliance issues including employee terminations, reductions-in-force, handbooks, and the development of personnel policies and procedures.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Judd was employed in human resources at General Electric and Yellow Freight (now YRC). Following law school, Ms. Judd served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Dee Benson at the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
