The Attorney General’s Office has issued an RFP for Administrative Law Judges

Requirements Contract – Supplement legal staff, act as an Administrative Law Judge, and provide legal counsel and related services on an as-needed basis. Five-year contract beginning January 2022 and ending January 2027

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified attorney or law firm to work with the Utah Attorney General’s Office (“AGO”) in representing the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) and the Utah Department of Public Safety (“UDPS”) as an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) on an as-needed if needed basis.
