Holland & Hart - IP Transactions Associate Attorney – Denver, Boulder, Boise or Salt Lake City

Holland & Hart is seeking a senior experienced IP Transactions Associate to join the firm in its Denver, Boulder, Boise or Salt Lake City location. Come join our vibrant, growing team doing dynamic IP transactional work at the dominant firm in the Mountain West. This position involves structuring, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of sophisticated and complex agreements related to IP, technology and other commercial matters, including sponsorship and marketing agreements, agreements related to SaaS platforms and software offerings, strategic alliance agreements, IP licenses, vendor and consulting agreements, distribution agreements and joint development agreements. Experience in data security/privacy a big plus. Where you lack the skills, we will mentor you to success.

 Requirements:

We are seeking candidates (i) with an excellent academic record from a top-tier law school; (ii) with 5+ years of quality, relevant law firm experience (nationally-recognized or Mountain West-based) and/or relevant in-house experience; (iii) who are especially known for superior drafting skills; extraordinary attention to detail; passion for working hard, responding quickly and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment with like-minded, collegial colleagues; and (iv) who embody our firm values (https://www.hollandhart.com/statement-of-values).
