About the opportunity:
Net Documents is seeking a Lead Contract Administrator who will be responsible to draft and review contracts/agreements in accordance with internal standards. The Lead Contract Administrator will report to the General Counsel.
What your contributions will be:
Responsible for drafting and reviewing agreements, including but not limited to, sale side and buy-side agreements, license agreements, master services agreements XXX
Work closely with key stakeholders (sales, finance, customer success, operations, business development, and marketing, etc.) in connection with contract review
Maintain and update contract templates.
Respond to process and policy questions and effectively communicate requirements to Sales
Provide support to lawyers with a broad range of legal project work
Respond to inquiries from internal business stakeholders regarding legal guidelines, policy inquiries, and contract-specific questions
Manage legal departments process and procedure
Other duties as assigned
What you will bring to the team:

Ability to interpret, negotiate and draft contracts
Ability to multi-task and maintain calm in a fast paced environment
What you will need for success:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CPQ
5+ years of contract drafting and negotiation experience
Familiarity with legal documents, concepts, workflows, and responsibilities of lawyers
Tech savvy and proficient with technology applications and productivity software
Ideally you will have:
Paralegal certification
Legal operations experience
