 About the opportunity:

Net Documents is seeking a Lead Contract Administrator who will be responsible to draft and review contracts/agreements in accordance with internal standards. The Lead Contract Administrator will report to the General Counsel.

 What your contributions will be:

  • Responsible for drafting and reviewing agreements, including but not limited to, sale side and buy-side agreements, license agreements, master services agreements XXX

  • Work closely with key stakeholders (sales, finance, customer success, operations, business development, and marketing, etc.) in connection with contract review

  • Maintain and update contract templates.

  • Respond to process and policy questions and effectively communicate requirements to Sales

  • Provide support to lawyers with a broad range of legal project work

  • Respond to inquiries from internal business stakeholders regarding legal guidelines, policy inquiries, and contract-specific questions

  • Manage legal departments process and procedure

  • Other duties as assigned

 What you will bring to the team:

  • Ability to interpret, negotiate and draft contracts

 What you will need for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CPQ

  • 5+ years of contract drafting and negotiation experience

  • Familiarity with legal documents, concepts, workflows, and responsibilities of lawyers

  • Tech savvy and proficient with technology applications and productivity software

 Ideally you will have:

  • Paralegal certification

  • Legal operations experience
