Plant, Christensen & Kanell, seeks an associate attorney with 0-3 years of litigation experience.
This position requires the handling of commercial litigation, personal injury, construction defect, products liability, and premise liability cases from inception to conclusion, and includes opportunities for motion practice and trial experience.
Competitive candidates should demonstrate leadership skills and intelligence and possess excellent research ability, written and oral advocacy skills, and solid academic credentials. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah.
