Tycksen & Shattuck is a small litigation firm in Draper, Utah. We are seeking an Associate Attorney or Law Clerk to start immediately. This position is for someone who would work primarily with senior partner Steven Tycksen on a wide range of cases, including but not limited to business, family, criminal and estate planning cases. 

This is a full time position with the anticipation of a long-term relationship for an attorney/law clerk who desires to serve as support for senior counsel researching and writing, but will also appear in court as needed.

The firm is flexible and can discuss temporary positions as well as remote work options and other requested or needed lifestyle accommodations.
