U.S. Small Business Administration - Attorney

Job Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration is seeking an attorney for its legal team in Salt Lake City, UT to

work on commercial lending, government contracting, and litigation matters. The position will involve

varied work such as bankruptcy litigation, loan closing reviews, review of joint venture agreements, tort

claims, litigation plans and fees, administrative law, ethics training and counselling, FOIA response, and

commercial litigation

Applicants must be licensed in Utah and have 5+ years of relevant experience, good interpersonal

communication, computer, research, and writing skills. 

Salary

Current salary and years of experience will determine the appropriate salary level. The appropriate salary

range, including locality pay adjustments is GS-13 - $92,143 to 119,787. 

Travel

Occasional travel is required
