Utah Attorney General’s Office - Assistant Attorney General - Special Prosecutions

 The Utah Attorney General's Office (AGO) Justice Division has an immediate opening for a full-time prosecutor in the Special Prosecutions Section. The successful candidate will specifically work with Department of Workforce Services prosecuting unemployment insurance fraud cases.

 Applicants should have at least two years of experience as a practicing attorney. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in criminal prosecution or litigation. Excellent case management and communication skills are a plus.

 Membership in the Utah State Bar in good standing is required. Applicants should send a cover letter, resume (maximum of 2 pages), and a separate page listing 3 references (phone number and email address). The position is located at the AGO Office in Murray, Utah.
