Job Description:

Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is seeking a mid to senior level Litigation Associate to join our Salt Lake City or Cottonwood Heights, UT office. The candidate should have minimum of three years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents; managing discovery, including taking/presenting witnesses for deposition; and conducting legal research, analysis and writing.

Job Requirements:

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school

• Excellent academic credentials

• At least 3 years' litigation experience

• Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent legal research and analysis skills

• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
