Entry-Level Project Finance Associate
Summary: The Project Finance group of Stoel Rives LLP is seeking an entry-level associate to join its team, focusing on debt and tax equity project finance and M&A, with an emphasis on renewable energy-related transactions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated interest in, or experience with, renewable energy and/or project finance matters.

Role Overview
The Project Finance group of Stoel Rives LLP is seeking an entry-level associate to join its team, focusing on debt and tax equity project finance and M&A, with an emphasis on renewable energy-related transactions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated interest in, or experience with, renewable energy and/or project finance matters. Although many members of the project finance group sit in our Seattle and Portland offices, we will consider applicants to sit in any of our other offices. Strong academic credentials, writing skills and interpersonal skills are required.
Members of our team can expect to benefit from working with clients on a wide range of transactions involving solar, wind and energy storage projects. The associate in this role can expect direct client exposure, and often interface with colleagues across offices and practice groups. The associate will independently produce client-ready documents and work with others on complex transactions.

Demonstrated interest or experience with debt and tax equity project finance and M&A;
Commitment to the clean energy transition;

A commitment to client service and team success;
Ability to communicate business goals into contract language; and
JD from an accredited university.
