Stoel Rives - Trademark and Copyright Prosecution Associate
Role Overview
Stoel Rives LLP is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join its growing Technology and Intellectual Property group as a trademark and copyright prosecution associate in Portland, Salt Lake City, or Seattle. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with trademark clearance and prosecution. Experience with copyrights, trademark disputes, product regulation and labeling, or advertising compliance is a plus.

Strong writing skills and academic credentials;

Membership in the WA State bar (preferred).
