Utah State Bar - Innovation Office Program Director
The Utah State Bar is seeking a Program Director to manage the day-today- operations of the Utah Supreme Court Office of Legal Services Innovation.
The Office of Legal Services Innovation is a Utah Supreme Court program in which nontraditional legal service providers deliver legal services to consumers including those operating within the legal regulatory sandbox.
The Program Director provides support to the Legal Services Committee and manages all aspects of processing applicants, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance for entities providing legal services through the sandbox program.
The Utah State Bar is a not-for-profit organization that regulates the lawyers in the state of Utah. The full position description is attached.
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and experience in administration, and project management.
· Preference will be given to applicants with a JD, Master’s in Public Administration, Master’s in Public Policy, or similar post-graduate education.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
· Strong computer skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 including, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and various other computer applications such as Zoom and Webex.
· Some travel may be required.
· Some remote work is an option.
Salary Range is $70,000 to $80,000 depending upon skills and experience. Excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vacation, sick leave and a 401(k). Remote and flexible work arrangements are available.
