Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of relevant work experience or Master’s degree in a relevant field and two years of relevant experience or Juris Doctor degree and one year relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in writing and analysis and ability to spot issues and to apply facts to policy.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations across Utah.
• Ability to use independent judgment and to manage confidential information.
